Medicaid Recipients Can Now Get a Discount on Amazon Prime
Amazon Prime is getting a lot more affordable for Medicaid recipients.
Amazon on Wednesday appear that those with a valid Medicaid card can now can now sign up for Prime — the service that offers ii-day aircraft on Amazon.com orders plus a number of other perks — for just $5.99 a calendar month. Prime number commonly costs $99 yearly or $12.99 monthly.
Amazon has been offering the same discount to Electronic Benefits Transfer cardholders since June. Customers with a valid EBT or Medicaid card tin can renew their discounted Prime number membership every year, upwards to four years, and abolish anytime, Amazon said.

Students can besides get a discount on Prime. After a 6-calendar month complimentary trial, students pay $6.49 a month or $49 a year for Prime.
